We implement project specific standards and guidelines, which are mapped to our client's quality policy and systems.

We have a documented and well-established process for Software development that is tuned to minimize defects and ensure timely deliveries. We have not had to take exceptions for delivery extensions on any of our recent projects. Reviews and independent tests are carried out at various levels and stages. The review document is prepared with clear allocation of responsibilities and time targets.
