We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who wants to learn and grow their Business Intelligence Analysis and Development skills. This position demands a highly motivated individual who is able to quickly understand requirements and then envision innovative solutions using BI technology. We are looking for someone who can quickly pick up a variety of software skillsets and produce outstanding results. Required training will be provided to the right candidate.

As a BI Developer with the GNet Group, you will have opportunities to work with our clients on cutting edge BI and data warehouse solutions across various industries. Our BI Developers are a part of the solution throughout the development lifecycle. You will work with the business to understand and document their reporting needs as well as perform development with ETL and Reporting tools to fulfill the data analysis requirements of the business.
Requirements:
- Degree in Technology, Business or related field, or combination of education and experience.
- Should have at least 3 - 5 years of data analysis and/or corporate reporting experience.
- Experience using ETL Development tools like Informatica, DataStage, SSIS
- Strong SQL skills.
- Familiar with common reporting tools like Excel, Cognos, Business Objects, Crystal Reports Performance Point, ProClarity, Reporting Services, etc.
- Experience using analytical tools for business purposes.
- Ability to establish respect within the business community
- Proven competency with data mapping
- Experience with writing data conversion tables
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers
- Possess strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Goal oriented with a high degree of initiative
- Experience manipulating and translating large data sets
- Knowledge of relational databases required
- Knowledge of data warehousing, and business intelligence preferred
