We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who wants to learn and grow their Business Analysis and Business Intelligence skills. Any required training will be provided to the right candidate.
As a BI Analyst with the GNet Group, you will have opportunities to work with our clients on cutting edge BI and data warehouse solutions across various industries. Our BI Business Analysts are a key part of our delivery team by partnering with our customers to understand their needs, then, gathering, documenting, and validating their business requirements. As part of the GNet project team, the BI Business Analyst will contribute to designs and validation of Business Intelligence reporting and analytics and data warehousing solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Technology, Business or related field, or combination of education and experience.
- Should have at least 5 years of business analysis, data analysis and/or corporate reporting experience.
- Ability to engage with business users to gather and understand their requirements
- Perform requirement and data analysis needed to support business questions / reporting needs.
- Ability to establish respect within the business community.
- Familiarity with common reporting tools like Excel, Cognos, Business Objects, Crystal Reports Performance Point, ProClarity, Reporting Services, etc.
- Experience performing data analysis using analytical tools to help business users answer business questions
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Goal oriented with a high degree of initiative
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal team members and customers
- Knowledge of relational databases, data warehousing and business intelligence preferred
