1. Onsite Consulting Services

Our onsite consulting services provide you with right skills for ongoing in house software projects. To assist you with the additional tasks required to complete projects, GNet Group offers professionals in areas like project management, business analysis, design and architecture, software programming, database programming, software development, software support, data analysis, and data warehousing.

2. Outsourced Project Based software development

Under this model, GNet Group’s software development practice takes complete ownership of project. The development process usually begins on-site.  It involves a team of GNet analysts led by a Project Manager for the initial requirements definition and analysis phases. The detailed design and construction phases are conducted off site with a larger project team.  Depending upon the nature of the project, this phase may be executed offshore.  After construction, the delivery and acceptance testing are typically done on-site, followed by implementation, installation and user education. 

Depending on the nature of the project and client requirements, GNet can also take on the responsibility of production support, application maintenance and management. Once again the team is a mix of onsite and offshore resources.

On an average, about 70% of the total effort may be offshore and 30% on-site.  This percentage varies depending upon the:

• Nature and complexity of the project
• Availability of hardware and software environments and their cost
